One of the joys of stewarding the Cutter Theatre is to share the building with others. We welcome the opportunity. In 2011 the Inland Empire Model A Club of Spokane Washington was our honored guest. A presentation on the history of the region and a guided tour of the facility were offered. Coffee and conversation followed.
Cutter volunteers baked brownies and cookies in anticipation of our guests, and founding member Van Whysong with executive director Susan Hobbs hosted. Even a coveted look within the costume repository was afforded courtesy of summer artistic director Tara Leininger (also Metaline Falls Mayor).
Weekends and holidays June through September the Cutter is open for guided tours, conducted by high school students in costume. Please drop in and allow the school's headmaster (Circa 1912) to share the rich local history. Scheduled tours are noon to 4pm. This, in addition to office hours - Tuesday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm.
If you or your group would like a private tour outside of these hours, it would be our pleasure.
