Traditionally the space where actors wait for their entrances is called The Green Room, perhaps because it was once outdoors. This room is therefore painted green, except for the black wall that is sometimes glimpsed by the audience, and therefore must be made to disappear. This room is also part of our community facility. There are two new stairways, one leading to the upper level and the other connecting with our generous costume and makeup areas in the lower level.
This room is used for many events, such as conferences, dinners, parties, wedding receptions, and training or classes. Many times we host pre-show dinners in this room, and we also have our mystery dinner theatre in this room every fall.
